Why Venusian Arts Fails

I recently began contributing to the venusian arts forum. Mainly in the online game section of the forum. Anyway, I noticed on their home page they have a guide for using photo’s for your online dating profiles. Among reading this guide I found a VERY large error. In an attempt to help out the community I made a comment on the post correcting his error.

So what happened?

My comment wasn’t even approved.

Why? I wasn’t being rude or malice, I simply pointed out how he was wrong and verified why he was wrong. If their website was fair and not ALL about monetary gain he would have approved my comment. It would have opened the doors for discussion among other site viewers.

I mean we all know that something like attraction isn’t a linear thing. There are no solid “rules,” only guide lines. And every guide line can be broken given the right situation. But this wasn’t even one of those situations, he was simply WRONG in his advice and needed correction.

Here is what the article said:

“Again, Keep Your Shirts On
I don’t care if you have a 26 pack, keep your shirt on. Don’t be “that” guy. You know exactly the type I’m talking about, the one that every scenario he has he takes his shirt off. Yeah it may display confidence, but that confidence is over shadowed by how much of a “tool” you appear to be. Keep in mind that these are general statements and obviously you can use your discretion. If you happen to be on a beach and a candid picture is taken, fine but if you are posing, flexing or any of that non sense your trying too hard.”

I’ve been practicing online dating for over 6 years now. For at least 5 out of those 6 years my main picture was of me topless purposely showing off. I’ve met hundreds of women, and I get plenty of messages daily with a main pic of me showing off abs. Why does this work?

Because women find attractive men hot and want to fuck them.

Who’da thunk it?
